Arrival and Check-In: After 8:00 AM, Tuesday, September 22.
Departures: By 7:00 AM, Sunday, September 27.
Office Hours:
Tuesday, September 22, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday, September 23 – Saturday, September 26 – 7:30 AM until at least 30 minutes after the last class
Office Charge: There is a $50 office charge per horse through September 20. Entries can be made at the show with an additional $25 office fee.
Stall Fees: $225 for the entire show
$60 per day stall. (1 overnight allowed with 2 days. No shavings included
Bedding: Available for purchase on the grounds through the Show Office. Additional Shavings are $12/bag. No off-site shavings allowed.
NRHA Fee: $35 per horse.
Video Fee: $20 per run.
Photo Fee: $70 per horse.

The show will adhere to NRHA rules with the following additions:

Draws close at 5:00 pm for the next full day’s classes. Entries are accepted after the draw deadline of 5:00 PM, but exhibitor will blind-select top or bottom of draw order. Online entries close Sunday, September 20. Late fee applies after that.

NO phone entries will be accepted.

Accepted forms of payment: Checks made payable to RMRHA with a $50 returned check fee. Credit Cards (+4.5% processing fee). One form of payment on file with the show office before back numbers are distributed.

Premium checks will be issued to who is listed on the entry form. Social Security number or tax I.D. required for checks to be issued. Checks will be issued within the NRHA guidelines of 30 days from the completion of the show.

Entries cannot be accepted without proof of current competition license and NRHA membership.
- **Club Zero: This is a non-judged class. No training equipment is allowed in the arena during this time. Entries may be limited or class may be cancelled a the show management’s discretion. PRE-ENTRY IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.
- Little Kids Reining: A pattern will be posted for this class. Adults may assist in leading the horse through the pattern. Limited to kids aged 5-10, kids entered in short stirrup are not eligible.

Release of Liability: All participants are fully aware, completely understand and accept that participation in the show (the“Event”) whether as a contestant, employee, volunteer, exhibitor, sponsor, or spectator is dangerous and that the events and activities associated with, relating to, arising out of and concerning this participation present substantial, serious and real risks of personal injury or death to the undersigned participant and the loss of, damage to, or destruction of the undersigned participant’s personal property. Under Colorado Law, an equine professional including RMRHA, is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119 of the Colorado Revised Statutes. All participants by entering this event fully and completely assume these substantial, serious and real risks whether or not apparent, known, unknown, foreseen, unforeseen, present or contingent, and the design or designing, staging, supervising, maintaining or in any way presenting, conducting or sponsoring the Event. By entering this Event, all participants agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless RMRHA, it’s agents and employees from all claims, damages, losses, injuries and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in the Event. All participants further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue RMRHA, it’s agents and employees for all actions, causes of actions, damages or damages in law or remedies in equity of whatever kind.
